The bylaws of the New Markets Tax Credit Coalition establish an Investor Advisory Committee appointed by the Board of Directors that is composed of Coalition members who are also financial investors in Community Development Entities (CDEs) or otherwise interested in the successful operation of the New Markets Tax Credit Program. The purpose of the Investor Advisory Committee is to advise the Board on issues and concerns from an investor’s perspective.
