Phoenix Rescue Mission (2014)

The Phoenix Rescue Mission was founded in 1952 in downtown Phoenix where an evening meal, Chapel service, and clothing were provided to the poor and homeless, serving between 35 and 50 clients each day. Financing provided in 2014 was designated as a working capital loan.

O.A.S.I.S Hospital

A 94,000 square foot hospital facility for orthopedic and spine procedures developed by a unique partnership of 42 orthopedic and spine surgeons in the Phoenix area, Catholic Healthcare West and United Surgical Partners International.

Bentley Project

Located in Phoenix just south of the Downtown Warehouse District, the former commercial laundry facility, Phoenix Linen and Towel Supply Company, has undergone a renovation of more than 30,000 square feet historic warehouse space that was originally built between 1912 and 1985.

Phoenix Union High School

Rehabilitation of three vacant historic Phoenix Union High School buildings totaling 90,000 square feet for use by the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

Phoenix Rescue Mission

In 2010, with the help of NMTCs, the Mission opened the Changing Lives Center, a specialized facility for homeless women and their children offering a comprehensive approach to breaking the cycle of addiction, abuse, trauma, and homelessness.

Phoenix Childrens Hospital

This project built out the 45,000 sq. ft. of the vacant 9th floor of the hospital by adding 48 private rooms including equipment and furnishings for the pediatric acute care population.

Paideaia Charter School

A new school facility serves 550 students at full capacity in a 48,000 square foot building with 44,000 square feet for the charter school, 2,000 square feet for preschool, and 2000 square feet for a family resource center.

Maryvale YMCA

The Valley of the Sun YMCA secured more than $6M to build a new facility on six acres within the Maryvale community of Phoenix.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix

The construction of three new club facilities in the metro-Phoenix area: The Jerry Colangelo Clubhouse, The Ed Robson Family Clubhouse, and The Glendale Branch.

Action Compaction Services

Action Compaction Services Inc. used $1M in NMTC financing for the acquisition and renovation of three buildings totaling 24,564 sq. ft. including 3.2 acres of land in late 2005.
