The California Statewide Communities Development Corporation has partnered with the nonprofit East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation to provide $10 million of NMTC allocation to stabilize and enhance the historic Swan’s Marketplace in Downtown Oakland.
Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley
NMTC financing supported the construction of 50 affordable homes for Habitat for Humanity, East Bay/Oakland. The project also provided housing counseling.
