Fireclay Tile is currently benefiting from a NMTC project for our Aromas, CA factory. This is allowing us to grow our US manufacturing, hire more local employees, and compete more successfully with foreign imports, which represent the vast majority of tile consumed in the US. Without NMTC, the project would not have been possible.
Sacred Heart Community Services
The NMTC financing supported the renovation of a two-story, 12,000 sq. ft. building in San Jose to provide additional space for a nonprofit’s growing programs and services.
Gardner Family Care Corp.
NMTC financing helped support expanded counseling, substance abuse and other health service programs to tens of thousands of low-income residents.
Fireclay Tile
Financing for the ground-up construction of a 8-acre, 4-building complex with 105,000 sq. ft. of production, storage, headquarters, and training spaces.
