Community Medical Centers

Community Medical Centers, the largest and most comprehensive hospital system in California’s San Joaquin Valley, developed the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center to increase medical services to surrounding underserved communities.

Lighthouse for Children

The 44,000-sq. ft. Lighthouse for Children project created a new 15,000 sq. ft. child care center, 10,000 outdoor play space, 10,000 sq. ft. community learning center, 7,500 sq. ft. of professional office space for nonprofit service providers

Central California Food Bank

Thanks to NMTC financing, the Central California Food Bank purchased a 140,000-sq. ft. facility to house its headquarters, distribution center, and volunteer facilities.
