Stout Street Recuperative Care Facility and Renaissance Legacy Lofts

Construction of the Stout Street Recuperative Care Facility and Renaissance Legacy Lofts is scheduled to be completed in June 2022. The development by the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless will provide short-term respite care for 75 individuals and long-term housing for 98 households in Denver.
