New building allows business to expand in Mesa. PCDIC provided $15 million in NMTC financing for Child Crisis Arizona, a Mesa, Ariz.-based nonprofit focused on preventing child abuse and neglect. Financing to renovate a 35,000 square foot space in order to relocate and expand a health clinic, which increases the number of exam rooms from 13 to 45 and be able to serve 13,000 new patients per year, for a total of 18,250 patients served. This 2007 project expanded and rehabilitated a recently purchased facility of 35,000 sq. ft. of existing multitenant office space.
