The 44,000-sq. ft. Lighthouse for Children project created a new 15,000 sq. ft. child care center, 10,000 outdoor play space, 10,000 sq. ft. community learning center, 7,500 sq. ft. of professional office space for nonprofit service providers Thanks to NMTC financing, the Central California Food Bank purchased a 140,000-sq. ft. facility to house its headquarters, distribution center, and volunteer facilities.
