With MHIC's New Markets financing, the YMCA Southcoast, Inc. rehabilitated and preserved the historic character of the building it has occupied for 115 years. NMTC financing supported an ophthalmology clinic in Fall River, Massachusetts. A former mall was redesigned as an open air plaza. Instead of fading from the Massachusetts economy, EC Pigments USA, Inc. of Fall River used a financing package to keep its business in in Fall River.
