Project Description

Construction of a new 31,736 sq. ft. fully integrated primary and behavioral health center in partnership with Harborview Medical Center, a public safety net hospital. The Project will provide integrated primary and behavioral healthcare, a pharmacy, and case management, employment, and other supportive services to very low-income individuals and those experiencing homelessness with complex physical, mental health, and behavioral healthcare needs. The Project will serve more than 3,900 patients and 25,000 patient visits per year (of which nearly 3,200 patients and 15,000 visits will be newly served), and will create 100 construction jobs and create or retain 87 permanent jobs. The project is part of a mixed-use building that includes 92 units of supportive housing on the upper floors, and is adjacent to an 85-unit supportive housing development all financed with LIHTCs and targeted to those experiencing chronic homelessness.
