$3 million expansion increases access to medical, dental and behavioral health services to support the area’s growing health care needs
Hornell Medical Village – St. James Hospital Medical
The Project consists of the construction of a new 26,200 SF Medical and Senior Activity Center targeted to seniors to include: an approximately 8,000 SF medical clinic to be operated by Centura Health, an approximately 10,900 SF dialysis center to be operated by Fresenius, and an approximately 6,800 SF senior activity center to be operated by DHA. The NMTC Project will be located on the ground floor and rooftop garden activity area portions of a newly constructed seven-story, mixed-use building. The Project re-establishes critical primary medical care services in this low-income, medically underserved neighborhood, while also providing homes for many low-income seniors and disabled residents. The co-location of uses and cross programming that the Project offers will allow the seniors and those with disabilities living on-site to age in place with amenities and services proven to positively impact their health and wellbeing.
Construction and Lease of a Federally Qualified Health Center
Unity Care Northwest is S and 340B pharmacy services for children and adults. The new construction of 23,350 S.F. facility to replace and expand the exisiting the Ferndale leased site.
This project consists of the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 18,145 square foot building that will house the mental health services and administrative offices of Compass Family Services. This consists of two projects: the construction of a new 27,500 S.F. facility in Lompoc, CA to replace an existing leased facility in Lompoc, and the renovation of a 21,300 S.F. leased facility in Paso Robles, CA, which will relocate some services currently housed at the existing Paso Robles site.
