As CEO of CEI Capital Management LLC (CCML), one of the nation’s premier New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investment firms, Traci Vaine oversees all aspects of the organization including deployment and management of a portfolio of $1.02 billion dollars of investments made through the Federal NMTC Program and the Maine New Markets Capital Investment (NMCI) Program.
