Investment in MP While there has yet to be an NMTC project in the Northern Mariana Islands (that we are aware of) the House Ways and Means Committee - in their 2021 reconciliation package - included $175 million in additional NMTC allocation for U.S. Territories. This funding did not ultimately make it into the final reconciliation package.
