First Place – Phoenix

Set in the heart of a disinvested area of Phoenix, First Place-Phoenix is a first of its kind mixed-use residential property designed to provide residential options and opportunities for independent living to adults with autism and related disorders.

Bentley Project

Located in Phoenix just south of the Downtown Warehouse District, the former commercial laundry facility, Phoenix Linen and Towel Supply Company, has undergone a renovation of more than 30,000 square feet historic warehouse space that was originally built between 1912 and 1985.

Phoenix Union High School

Rehabilitation of three vacant historic Phoenix Union High School buildings totaling 90,000 square feet for use by the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

Phoenix Rescue Mission

In 2010, with the help of NMTCs, the Mission opened the Changing Lives Center, a specialized facility for homeless women and their children offering a comprehensive approach to breaking the cycle of addiction, abuse, trauma, and homelessness.

Phoenix Childrens Hospital

This project built out the 45,000 sq. ft. of the vacant 9th floor of the hospital by adding 48 private rooms including equipment and furnishings for the pediatric acute care population.
