Project Description

Construction of a four-story, co-op grocery anchored, mixed-use development consisting of 11,000 sq. ft. commercial space and 48 residential rental units in rural Mount Pleasant, MI. The project, located in a Food Desert and an area with a 900 unit workforce housing gap, will bring healthy, accessible, affordable food to over 38,000 residents and catalyze future multi-family developments.
