4220 Duncan, a 180,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development in St. Louis, MO, bringing 300 new jobs and innovation to the former Custom Steel processing plant site. This $53 million LEED certified building project and adjacent garage is part of the Cortex Innovation Community, mid-America’s premiere innovation hub for tech and bioscience research, development and commercialization. In addition to meeting rooms, a cafe and open collaboration areas, the center features a ‘Maker Space’ for building with 3-D printers and a ‘Garage’ for developing new software.
