The borrower was created in 2018 to purchase real estate at 4515 Dunham street for the OC (A Plus Gutter Systems) to operate out of. The Borrower will use the loan proceeds from this transaction to purchase the property located at 4521 Dunham Street in Commerce, CA., which is directly next door to its existing location at 4515 Dunham St. Collateral is a 1,088 sq. ft. retail building with a fully equipped kitchen.
