Project Description

Action Compaction Services Inc. (ACS) used $1 million in NMTC financing for the acquisition and renovation of three buildings totaling 24,564 sq. ft., including 3.2 acres of land in late 2005.

ACS provides service and manufacturing operations within the waste management industry. As they have been in service since 2001, this NMTC financing will allow ACS to expand its services, operate more efficiently, and boost capacity. ACS has an opportunity to generate wealth-building for the company by owning the property and three-building facility instead of leasing space.

Located in a heavy industrial area, the three free-standing buildings were constructed during the mid –1970s through the 1990s. After undergoing renovations, the buildings will cover office, manufacturing, and product reconditioning uses.
