Project Description

This 2007 project expanded and rehabilitated a purchased facility of 35,000 sq. ft. of existing multitenant office space. The actual changes involve the addition of nearly 30,000 sq. ft. of office space and construction of a 280 space, three level parking garage. The Arizona Disability Empowerment Campus is now the home for eight nonprofit and three governmental organizations that serve people with disabilities in Phoenix and throughout Arizona. It is a state-of-the-art, universally designed, accessible and transit-oriented nonprofit disability resources campus to serve the community.
