NMTC support has been essential in provide gap financing for critical projects at Berea since we do not collect tuition from any of our students, all of whom have great financial need. This has helped our college leverage the generosity of private donors and preserve the quality of our educational program.
This project was for a phase in the largest capital expenditure in Berea’s history. The Margaret Cargill Health and Sciences building is a 125,000 SF, four-story educational complex that is a single central site for all forms of math, physics, chemistry, biology, sciences and health training.
