Project Description

NMTC financing supported a six-story hotel and conference center as well as a four-story, 100-unit apartment complex; stores; restaurants; and an urban park.

“This project will be extremely catalytic for future development on Colfax Avenue,” Rick Hayes, CEO of Waveland Ventures, said in a statement.

The name of the Block 21 is a tribute to “Army Hospital 21”, the name of the WWI hospital that once stood at the location of the Fitzsimons medical complex.
