Project Description

Chestnut Family Health Center (CFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care and behavioral healthcare services both directly and indirectly through collaborative relationships. Approximately 4500 sq. ft. of the second floor allows CFHC to expand services to include onsite dental with a designated waiting area, eight dental operation stations, vitals section, lab staff offices, and work space.
