Project Description

San Francisco YMCA in secured $17.5 million in NMTC financing for the redevelopment of the historic Chinatown YMCA in downtown San Francisco. The YMCA advances education achievement for youth and provides recreational activities for the low-income community. Funding occurred in January 2008 and the project was completed in 2010.
