Clínica Tepeyac is a nonprofit federally qualified health center. The project will finance the construction of the retail component of a 150+ unit affordable housing development (affordable to households with incomes 30%-80% of Area Median Income) that will be anchored by Clínica Tepeyac and also provide space for a fresh food retailer.
