Project Description

Development of cancer treatment facility and leasing to affiliate. The Cooper Cancer Institute in Camden, New Jersey, replaced an underutilized existing surface parking lot and expanded the Health Sciences Campus. The Cooper Cancer Institute building (103,500 sq. ft.) provides for clinical programs, services, exam space, research offices and administrative support services and allows clinicians of multiple disciplines to be involved in the delivery of excellent cancer care and utilize state-of-the art technology in treatment. Green building strategies are being incorporated into the building and site designs. The Cooper Cancer Institute is a major provider of clinical care and research for South New Jersey. The new cancer facility strongly supports the economic development goals of the City.
