Project Description

The Project involves the land acquisition and construction of a 30,800 square foot Federally Qualified Health Center in Mountain Home, Idaho. The Project will provide expanded medical and dental care, a pharmacy, and drive-through exam stalls. It will retain 66 full-time equivalent jobs and create 10 new, full-time equivalent quality job positions in this rural, low-income community, which also qualifies as a federally designated Opportunity Zone.
