As a primary care health clinic we are able to provide preventive care, reducing the number of community members who end up in the Emergency Department, receiving care where it’s mostly costly. NMTC allows us to build a facility that can deliver care at a much lower cost and keep people health and productive.
The Project involves the land acquisition and construction of a 30,800 square foot Federally Qualified Health Center in Mountain Home, Idaho. The Project will provide expanded medical and dental care, a pharmacy, and drive-through exam stalls. It will retain 66 full-time equivalent jobs and create 10 new, full-time equivalent quality job positions in this rural, low-income community, which also qualifies as a federally designated Opportunity Zone.
