Project Description

NMTC financing supported 900 jobs at its new, 285,000-square-foot Dole Fresh Vegetables’ salad-packaging plant.

The new plant employs more than 350 people, mostly from the surrounding area. Over the next 10 years, Dole planned to hire up to 900 people. The facility packages and ships 750,000 packages of salad greens per day for distribution in grocery stores throughout the Southeast.
