The construction of a 190,000 sq. ft. food product distribution center in a non-metropoletal low-income community in Manchester, Tennessee. The new facility allows Dot Foods to consolidate healthy food and other food products and deliver to distributors nationwide. The distribution center will include offices and dry, refrigerated, and frozen warehouse space. The project will allow Dot foods to more than double its existing capacity to meet increased demand and will create a significan number of new, quality jobs in an underserved state.
