Construction of 76,000 sq. ft. YMCA that will offer expanded health and social impact programming for seniors, youth and families in downtown Piqua, OH. The new facility is expected to drive a 148% increase in health and social programming for seniors, youth, and families in addition to offering health programs, senior accessibility, financial assistance, the new facility will result in increased space for the basketball gym, swimming pool, and provide additional space for meetings and sports leagues. The newly constructed manufacturing facility is expected to create 6 new FTE positions, 82% of which are quality and 85% are accessible to low-income individuals and retain the 41.5 current FTE positions.
