Project Description

The project consists of the acquisition of land and construction of a new 63,000 sq. ft. headquarters building with warehouse, office, training, and support spaces. The project design includes 33,000 sq. ft. of dry, 5,500 sq. ft. of frozen, and 5,500 sq. ft. of refrigerated warehouse space. Further, the project includes 19,000 sq. ft. of office, training, and support spaces.
