Project Description

A $22 million public health clinic was constructed in one of Dallas’ poorest neighborhoods.

Construction of the 44,000 sq. ft. clinic represents a public-private partnership involving Dallas and Frazier Revitalization, a community development organization that amassed the 7-acre site for the project. Various philanthropy groups also provided financial support, including the South Dallas/Fair Park Trust Fund.
