The project consists of the construction of a new Federally Qualified Health Center that will serve as a primary care access point that provides medical, dental, mental health and enabling services to a severely distressed community. CBWCHC has prioritized the expansion of overall primary and preventative services to meet the growing demand for healthcare in the neighborhood.
