Project Description

NMTC financing supported the development of a new 19,500 sq. ft. clinic on a six acre site that was previously purchased by Lifespan. The site is strategically located within the service area and extremely close to the Hardin Medical Center, a hospital partner. The site is near two of the center’s existing clinics (one is leased and one is owned, with a combined total of 10,000 sq. ft.) that once complete, will be consolidated by the project. The new clinic will consist of three primary care medical pods providing family practice, pediatrics, and OB/GYN services and will better support a team-based health care model through its design and features.
