Its state-of-the- art manufacturing facilities provide employment opportunities to visually impaired individuals with a variety of skill levels, challenging workers with differing degrees of capabilities. The NMTC financing enabled the borrower to expand its operations into Middle Tennessee, which will result in hiring approximately 75 New FTEs. 100% of such FTEs will benefit from Quality Jobs and Living Wages. 100% of jobs will be accessibility to LIPs who are visually impaired.
