Marshfield Clinic Health System expanded its existing Minocqua Center through the construction of a 72,000 sq. ft. hospital. The expansion of MCHS’s current site allowed MCHS to provide fully-integrated inpatient and outpatient medical treatment that were not previously offered at the location, creating a one-stop medical campus. The Project created 14 licensed beds, a 24 hour emergency room, lab imaging center, and birthing center and also integrated the existing primary care, urgent care, ambulatory surgery, and counseling services presently offered at the existing Minocqua health clinic – allowing these services to expand and subsequently increase the Sponsor’s presence in serving patients throughout the greater North Central Wisconsin region.
