The Mexicantown Community Development Corporation (MCDC) is the community-based developer/owner of the Mexicantown Plaza del Norte Welcome Center, Mexicantown Mercado and Business Incubator and Plaza located at the gateway of the Ambassador Bridge to Canada in southwest Detroit. This complex represents the realization of the long-held-dream of the residents of Mexicantown to have a center of business, cultural and entrepreneurial activities available for the diverse community of southwest Detroit.
