Project Description

Paul Quinn College (Paul Quinn), the creator of the Urban Work College Model and one of the nation’s most innovative colleges, broke ground on its first new building on campus in 40 years, the Trammell S. Crow Living and Learning Center. The Trammell S. Crow Living and Learning Center is LEED-certified and features 30,000 sq. ft. of residential space and 10,000 sq. ft. of classroom and office space. The building also includes a dance studio and a 1,500-person capacity competitive gym.
