Project Description

Acquisition, renovation and equipping of an environmentally focused plastics extrusion facility in McKinney, TX. The new facility will add 100,000 sq. ft. of production space and three new production lines which will allow Petoskey to increase its output by approximately 15% over the next 12 months. The new facility will create 75 temporary construction jobs and over 150 new manufacturing jobs which will be 100% accessible to low-income candidates.
