Project Description

The rehabilitation of a 99 year old, abandoned, historic, 1-story, 320,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

The building is occupied by Rhoads Industries, a leader in industrial fabrication, installation, maintenance services and facilities for commercial and government customers. The company is a longtime manufacturer of submarine parts and other large metal fabrications for the U.S. Navy

The rehabilitation of the building enabled Rhoads to fulfill their current contract with the U.S. Navy as well as double their long-term production capacity.
