This project financed the construction of a new 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse for a nonprofit, the Roseland Boys and Girls Club. The new, dedicated facility serves as a much-needed community center, as well as providing a STEM and tech lab, commercial kitchen, arts and dance studios, and full-size gym. The new clubhouse provides underserved youth with programs focusing on academic support, civic engagement, and physical recreation.

The club will also serve adult community members through jobs programs, English classes and community-driven programming.
