Roses Southwest Papers Inc. is a high-quality paper products manufacturer located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The investment will allow the family-owned and operated business to increase its manufacturing capacity and to shift towards renewable energy sources by acquiring solar panels.

Belize natives Roberto Espat and Rose Marie Espat founded Roses Southwest Papers, Inc. in 1984. The New Mexico-based business is committed to manufacturing sustainable, American-made products. As a minority business enterprise (MBE), certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ), Roses Southwest Papers, Inc. prioritizes expanding and solidifying employment opportunities for minorities. The investment utilizes the bipartisan New Markets Tax Credit Program, a Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), U.S. Department of the Treasury led program, that seeks to support economically distressed communities in attracting private capital investment. The investors include Stonehenge Capital, Finance New Mexico, and Wells Fargo. Roses Southwest Paper, Inc. was advised by Hickory Grove Capital.
