As a minority business enterprise (MBE), certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ), Roses Southwest Papers, Inc. prioritizes expanding and solidifying employment opportunities for minorities. The investment utilizes the bipartisan New Markets Tax Credit Program, a Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), U.S. Department of the Treasury led program, that seeks to support economically distressed communities in attracting private capital investment.
