Project Description

Sweet Brew Tea – The new Southern Visions facility is located in Bay Minette, Alabama. The project received a $6MM NMTC allocation from UBCD. The total sq. ft. of the real estate that is leased by the NMTC Beneficiary is 111,180 sq. ft. which includes 106,428 sq. ft. of manufacturing/industrial space and 4,752 sq. ft. of office space.
