We are delighted that United Alloy has decided to build their new manufacturing facility in Seguin, TX. This project will help create excellent employment opportunities for our residents and help grow our economic base. We are proud that they have chosen to do business in the City of Seguin.
NMTC financing was utilized to support the purchase and installation of equipment and construction of an industrial facility in Seguin, TX. The project was the first phase of a multi-phase expansion for a metal fabrication operation that provides opportunities for job growth and catalytic development in a low-income community.
