Construction of a 189,000 sq. ft. commercial office building to be leased for 17 years by the University of Cincinnati. The building will allow UC faculty and students to engage with industry and the community to address opportunities and challenges in a digital future, with the goal of building, recruiting, and retaining tech talent in the City of Cincinnati.
