Project Description

Acquisition, renovation, and equipping of a 245,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a volumetric modular housing production facility with space to incubate/accelerate social enterprises that will deliver transportation, excavation, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, fencing, decking and other housing related services. The facility will also include space for an existing building supplies tenant. The newly rehabbed facility will allow Volumod to create 24 temporary construction jobs and 150 perm jobs at the modular housing factory. At least 20% of the workforce will be participants in a Re-Entry Program, an alternative sentencing work release program.
