This investment will allow an existing 501(c)(3) operating business, to refinance working capital to further support expanded operations and services it currently provides on 16 acres of land located in Waimea, HI working to establish an autonomous, holistic, educational environment for the children and adults of Hawaii through the development of a native Hawaiian cultural learning center and public charter school. Operations of the cultural learning center will generate revenue from federal and state grants and tuition and fees.
