Project Description

Waterfront redevelopment, including event space – Waterfront redevelopment, including event space: WaterMark was a major redevelopment project to transform a significant portion of Green Bay’s downtown waterfront into an attractive, vibrant city center. The commercial real estate project combines downtown and suburban design features and amenities in a single, multi-million dollar business campus. The WaterMark site featurse a new, expanded children’s museum, a family restaurant, a 165-stall, multi-level parking structure, and the renovation of the former Younkers department store. The redeveloped six-story building consists of first floor retail space, three to five levels of commercial office space, and two levels of warehouse-style lofts.
