Project Description

Multi-use College Sportscomplex: The West Hills Community College District (WHCCD) actively engages, encourages, enriches and empowers students, faculty, staff and the communities served to reach their full potential academically, socially and economically. The Multi Use Sports Complex project is an essential part of WHCCD Lemoore’s overall development plan. The facility serves as the wellness center for the college by providing space, equipment and facilities for the college population and the community at large. In addition, the complex houses offices for university personnel and also serves as an event center, which has allowed the college to develop a Distinguished Speaker and Performers series. Central Valley NMTC financing proceeds were used to fund construction, and equipment and furnishing purchases.
