Project Description

West Senior Wellness Center provides free meals, mental health services, social services, and transitional housing for low-income seniors in San Diego, CA.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $7 million of NMTC allocation for the construction of the West Senior Wellness Center. The new facility addresses the basic needs of its seniors and provides innovative services, including job training, life-long learning, civic engagement, and recreational activities.
