Project Description

Construction of a 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution center. The warehouse/distribution center being build is located inside of the Fountain Lakes Commerce Center. Within the proposed Project, National Tire Wholesale occupies approximately 70,000 sq. ft. and two food-manufacturing companies occupy the remainder of the leasable space.
